An eight week strength and conditioning training plan
We all have days that test our faith in ourselves. When we have build a strong foundation and confidence in our abilities, we are capable of AMAZING things.
This program will help you begin your journey with barbell work while also implementing cardio conditioning. You will become comfortable with strength moves you never thought possible.
Every training session will focus on one main lift and immediately follow with accessory work to compliment the lift. You will wrap up each session with cardio conditioning work that torches fat and leaves you feeling strong.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE STRICTLY BARBELL PROGRAM?
- 8 week workout program broken into two phases: 4 weeks of strength building and 4 weeks of fat burning.
- Video links to demonstrate the moves and ensure proper form
- A progress journal to keep track of your improvements
- Simple Instructions to guide you through setting your macros for the program
- Access to a gym or Olympic barbell and plates is required in order to see best results using this program. Please see FAQ's for full list of required equipment.
