"Transform You" program consists of a 12 week training plan designed for the man who is ready to drop his "Dad" bod and get strong.  You will train all of the major muscle groups in just 4 DAYS a week.  In PHASE 1 you will establish a strong foundation for all main lifts. PHASE 2 will focus on gaining strength by lowering reps and increasing the weight. In PHASE 3 you will shed body fat by incorporating drop sets and cardio to maximize results.  

80% of your physique is based on your nutrition.  This program includes a meal plan created specifically for men who need to drop stubborn belly fat and build muscle.  The meal plan includes a handy shopping list and optional food swaps for variety.
