What are Macros? Macros is short for macronutrients: protein, carbohydrates and fats. This program is based on more than just counting calories. We will be looking more at the macronutrients you consume each day than your overall calorie budget. You can catch my best Macro 101 basics instructional videos here

Will I be hungry? NO! This program is all about eating for your fitness goals. You can burn fat and build lean muscle without going hungry...I promise!!!

How hard is this to follow? Many clients struggle the most within the first 10 days. However with my custom meal suggestions, you will breeze past this part! You will learn exactly what to eat in order to hit your macro goals. Plus, you will have access to me via email or FB messenger to ask all the questions you like!

Will I have support? YES! I am here to walk you through every week. You will get everything you need in my comprehensive guide, but will also have access to ask questions through our Facebook group!
