WHICH EBOOK TRAINING PLAN IS RIGHT FOR ME?
The Fresh Start program is my best selling fitness plan! This program is perfect for beginners and those working out at home. If you’re returning to workouts after a 6-12mth break or a postpartum Mom cleared for workouts, this is the plan for you. You'll receive 6 weeks of workouts that can be completed at home with minimal equipment in about 30 minutes.
The Back to Fit Trainer is perfect if you’ve mastered bodyweight moves and are ready for resistance training. This program offers an introduction to the weight room and various pieces of gym equipment. You will gain confidence on the gym floor by incorporating resistance training and HIIT style cardio 5 days per week. You will shed fat and build lean muscle using this introductory weightlifting program.
Strictly Barbell was designed for intermediate-to-advanced lifters who are ready to step out of their comfort zone. This 8 week plan is the program you need for building muscle, increasing strength, and seeing results. Strictly Barbell challenges you with a progressive lifting schedule and you'll finish each session with a fat burning cardio conditioning circuit. Access to a gym or home gym is recommended.
The 21 Day Bikini Shred program will get you bikini ready FAST. It’s my personal go-to plan when I want to shed the fluff before vacations and special events like New Year’s Eve! The training plan includes HIIT, plyometrics, weight training, and circuit training. The program also includes my detailed 7 day carb depletion strategy that is guaranteed to get you shredded.
HOW HARD ARE THE training PROGRAM WORKOUTS?
While the workouts in each of my training plans are meant to be challenging, they are also meant to be doable. I have designed these programs for all fitness and weight training experience levels. From beginners to advanced lifters, I have a training plan to meet you exactly where you are. Please know that my workout programs are meant to push you. The workouts may not be easy when you begin but stick with it. You will see incredible progress in reshaping your body, gaining strength, and improved cardio endurance each week!
WHAT EQUIPMENT IS NEEDED FOR each THE TRAINING PROGRAMS? do I need a gym membership?
The Fresh Start Program: Workouts can be completed at-home or in the gym. You’ll need a stopwatch or interval timer app, workout bench or sturdy box (sturdy box for jumping/stepping), medicine ball, jump rope, resistance bands (ranging from light to heavy resistance), 1 heavy kettlebell (10-25lb range), dumbbells (ranging from light to heavy resistance).
Back to Fit Trainer, 21 Day Bikini Shred, and The Strictly Barbell Plan: Access to a commercial gym is recommended for these programs. You will use the same equipment listed above as well as some additional items. You’ll need a standard Olympic-size barbell, weighted plates (ranging from light to heavy resistance), a treadmill &/or outdoor space for running, and access to a stationary bike, rower, &/or elliptical machine.
HOW LONG are the workouts?
The Fresh Start Program: Workouts are 4-5 days per week, taking 30-45 minutes each, and can be completed at home or at the gym.
The Back to Fit Trainer, 21 Day Bikini Shred, and The Strictly Barbell Plan: Workouts are 5-6 days per week, taking 45-55 minutes each, access to a commercial gym or good home-gym setup is ideal for these programs.
