Q: Do I need access to a gym?

A: All of these workouts can be done at a gym or at home! You’ll need access to basic equipment like:

  • Medicine ball

  • Jump rope

  • Resistance bands

  • Stability ball

  • Foot gliders

  • Interval Timer

  • Standard barbell with plates OR Dumbbells ranging from light to heavy

  • Kettlebell

  • Sturdy plyometric box, step, or bench

  • Pull-up bar

Q: Will I be hungry? What is the diet like?

A: I firmly believe you do not need to starve yourself to see results. I’ll teach you how to eat for fat loss. You’ll learn how to budget your macronutrients (fat, protein, carbohydrates), and how to eat the right number of each based on your training days.

Q: Do I have to wait until July to start?

A: We’ll start the training and group education components of the program on MONDAY, November 12th and registration is open until midnight on Sunday, November 11th.  However, immediately upon purchase you will have access to the program guide and all of our nutrition trainings to maximize your success!
