Are You Missing the MOST Important Step for Fat Loss?

Are you missing the first step for fat loss?  This is by far THE simplest tip I think I have ever shared!! It was honestly a light bulb moment for me only recently. I was talking with a client yesterday who is brand new to tracking macros and in order to help her understand that piece, we had to take a step back and start with the basics.  Today, I’m sharing with you this first step you should include every time you begin a fat loss nutrition plan!

Thanksgiving Dinner Without Tracking

Here are your visual cues to fill your plate without stalling your progress!

Trying to eat right during Thanksgiving can be stressful, guilt filled, and leaving us feeling puffy. Not to mention the family we’ve all dealt who gawk at what we put on our plate or encourage us that we need to eat more, then ask “Are you dieting right now?”  It can really affect our food choices and send us into a tailspin of eating more simply b/c we’re guilted into it.

Today I’m going to share with you a few ways to enjoy that Thanksgiving with less stress and defensiveness, and basically not look like a weirdo busting out your food scale!

Here are your visual cues to fill your plate without stalling your progress!

4-6oz Protein = Palm of your hand
1tbls Fats = Thumb tip
Casseroles, Stuffing, & Dressing = Small racquetball or billiard ball
Mashed potatoes = Baseball
Cranberry Sauce or Gravy = 1 Small egg
Slice of pie = 1/8 of pie or about .5oz
