Simplify Your HIIT Session
As a busy Mom, I understand we each only have 24 hours in a day. I prefer working out in a gym but it’s not always realistic. So I always plan in my weekly workout schedule at least 2 workouts I can do at home, with little to no equipment in about 30 minutes.
Today I want to share with you one of my go-to HIIT sessions! This circuit takes just 12 minutes so if you’ve got 30 minutes, go for another round. Aim to complete this circuit at least once this week first thing in the morning.
You’ll set your countdown clock for 12 minutes, complete all moves in the prescribed order and number of reps.
Schedule this workout into your plan regularly and strive to improve the number of rounds you complete each week!
